My drain was blocked at 7pm. Typical, when it happens it’s always happens out of hours. I couldn’t use any water in my house as it’s just overflowing in my back yard. I called more than 6 companies, and all of them couldn’t come straight away, which I do understand. Who can do a job at 8pm!! I was over the moon that Shell Drainage could come to do the job for me within 2 hours. Jack is very professional and my drain was fixed in 20 minutes. Well done & thanks a million.
